Loading and transportation of PUF-insulated pipes

Observance of rules loading and transportation of pre-insulated in the factory of steel pipes and fittings (elbows, reducers, tees, fixed bearing, ball valves, pipe elements with cable output and other GOST 30732-2006) in the thermal insulation polyurethane foam (PUF) are required for warranty integrity, integrity, and other quality characteristics of the pipes in foam insulation. Transporting pipes insulated with polyurethane foam should be performed using vehicles with extended trailer, because the length of the steel pipes in foam insulation can reach 12 meters. Transportation insulated pipes PPU not prepared on a vehicle causes damage to the waterproofing layer of polyethylene or galvanized pipe shell, which requires additional repair damage. For reliable fastening of pipes for transportation vehicles board lengthened special vertical inserts. Laying insulated pipes in the vehicle must be carried out in neat rows, avoiding overlaps. When transporting pipes of different diameters pipes of small diameters are laid on top of large diameter pipes.
